Kitchen Side Return and Extension
Joe and his team always turned up on time and were always friendly and professional. We were kept regularly updated on the different phases of the build and its progress. Mess was kept to a minimum where possible! Good quality workmanship and not a cowboy builder in sight!

Complete House Renovation
The Trader and his team were always polite, courteous and considerate. The work carried out was to a good standard and any issues we had they were happy to address. The job (which was considerable, new walls, ceilings, replaster, rewire, windows bathroom, kitchen, rebuilding staircase, installing on suite etc….) took longer than expected, however any delayed were clearly explain and reason behind them logical.

The quality of their work is very good and are especially informative about what is happening day-by-day on the construction. Built utility room October 2010 (May 2009 built our house extension)
Always kept to the price agreed ( if there was a price difference they would keep us informed so that we could make choices before the work was carried out). Good standard of work. Joe Leonard knows his men well and they work well as a team. Always left the house secure reasonably tidy and were trustworthy. They were reliable and communicative once the job was started and workmen were on site. We would definitely use Leonard construction again if we needed anymore work to be done (if their quotes remain reasonable)
