AREAS WE COVER

Local Building Expertise Across Surrey

Leonard Construction & Design Ltd is a family-run building company based in Ewell, Surrey, providing high-quality building and construction services to homeowners across Surrey and the surrounding areas.

Established in 1999 by father and son, John and Joe Leonard, the business has grown over more than 25 years, undertaking a wide range of residential building projects, from home extensions and renovations to complete property refurbishments.

Today, Joe continues to run the business, building on the foundations he and his father established together. The company remains committed to the same values it was built on: quality workmanship, attention to detail and a personal approach to every project.

Serving Surrey for Over 25 Years

Leonard Construction & Design has always been a Surrey-based building company. Over the years, our work has taken us to many parts of the county, with much of our business coming through recommendations and word of mouth from previous clients.

For a period of around three years, Joe was based in Godalming, during which time we completed a number of building projects in Godalming, Guildford and the surrounding areas. These projects came largely through recommendations, helping us establish lasting relationships with homeowners in West Surrey.

We are now based in Ewell, where Joe continues to run the business and where we continue to work with homeowners throughout Surrey, bringing more than 25 years of experience to every project.
