This stunning house renovation in Ewell transformed an existing single-storey side extension, small kitchen and conservatory into a spacious, modern family home.

The main focus of the project was to completely remodel the rear of the property, creating a bright and contemporary open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. The new kitchen and dining area feature large corner Solarlux bi-fold doors, providing a seamless connection between the interior and the newly created, same-level patio area, perfect for modern family living and entertaining.

A separate utility room was also incorporated into the design, giving our clients a practical and discreet space away from the main living areas. Throughout the remainder of the ground floor, solid wood flooring adds warmth and continuity, while a new cloakroom completed the downstairs renovation.

Upstairs, we created a spacious new master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes, providing a comfortable and private principal suite. The existing accommodation was also improved with a full electrical rewire and the removal of a chimney breast from both an existing bedroom and reception room, creating more usable space and improving the overall layout.

We later returned to complete the wider home refurbishment in Ewell, including a new family bathroom, front boundary wall and driveway.
