REAR AND SIDE DOUBLE EXTENSION IN EWELL
A stunning transformation of a corner plot in Ewell.

An existing single story side extension, small kitchen and conservatory was the base of the downstairs space.
​
The back of the house was designed and transformed into a modern open plan living area including kitchen and dining area with corner Solarlux bi-fold doors opening out to a same level patio area. A separate utility was important to our client to still have a 'hideaway' area. Solid wood flooring throughout the remainder of the ground floor along with a cloakroom finished the ground floor renovations.

Upstairs we built a new master bedroom and en-suite with built in wardrobes. Along with a full rewire and removal of a chimney breast within one of the existing bedrooms and reception room our work here was done.
​
We returned to the property to complete the refurbishment with a new family bathroom and front wall and driveway.
