This single-storey wrap-around extension in Claygate completely transformed the way our client used their home, creating a spacious and versatile open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

The existing kitchen was opened up and extended to create a much larger, more practical family space, with dedicated areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. The new layout provides a seamless flow between each area, making the space ideal for both everyday family life and entertaining.

The ground floor was completed with a new downstairs cloakroom, adding valuable practicality to the extended living space.

Outside, a new patio area provides an attractive extension of the living space into the garden, creating a natural connection between the newly transformed interior and the outdoors.

The finished Claygate home extension has given our clients a more functional, spacious and enjoyable home, while making far better use of the available space.
